About this hyena gift
Hyenas get a bad reputation they don't deserve. They're clever, social animals with complex clans, and a lot of people who love them are the ones who spent a whole documentary rooting for the underdog. If your person is one of those, a hyena shirt says something about their sense of humor and their taste for the misunderstood. Hyenas are also one of the few animals where the females lead the group, which makes a hyena gift a good pick for the friend who runs the show. Put the word on a tee for a day at the zoo, a hoodie for cold-weather walks, or an 11 oz mug for the early-morning coffee they swear they don't need. A second line can carry a name, a nickname or the animal's Latin name, Crocuta crocuta, which is the kind of detail a true animal fan will appreciate.
