About this instrument manager gift
An instrument manager keeps a production running. They're the person who tracks which trumpet is out for repair, which violin has a cracked bridge, and which pit player needs a loaner before Saturday's show. The work is quiet and detail-heavy, so the gifts they tend to keep are the ones that acknowledge how much of the job happens out of sight. A soft tee for load-in and strike, a hoodie for the cold loading dock, or a mug that's clearly theirs for the coffee they drink while checking the inventory sheet. The easiest way to make it personal is to put their name on it, or the company or venue they manage instruments for, in the second line. If you're buying for a whole crew, the Team Shop lets you print one design with each person's name on their own shirt, which tends to land better than another round of takeout after a long week.
All instrument manager gifts →- A tee with their nameAdd their first name in the second line, so it reads as theirs rather than a generic job shirt.
- A hoodie for the loading dockInstrument rooms and loading docks run cold, and a hoodie is the thing they'll reach for before a long set-up.
- A mug for the prep roomAn 11 oz mug with their name keeps the coffee from wandering off to someone else's desk.
- Matching shirts for the crewChoose one design in the Team Shop and paste the crew's names. Everyone gets a shirt with their own name and size.
