About this library services assistant gift
Library services assistants keep the place running from behind the desk. They check out books, sort holds, help patrons find a database or a form, and somehow remember which kid wants the dinosaur books before the kid even asks. It's a job that rarely gets a thank-you card, so a gift that's clearly for them can mean a lot. A tee or hoodie gives them something comfortable for shelf-reading days and the staff meeting that runs long. A mug fits the break room, where the coffee tends to go cold while they answer one more question. Put their job title on it, or their library or branch name on a second line, and it stops being generic office merch and becomes something they'll actually wear to work. If you're buying for a whole circulation desk or branch, the Team Shop lets you order one design with each person's name on their own shirt, which is a nice way to say thanks to a team that keeps the building open.
