About this lilesville gift
Lilesville is a small town in Anson County, North Carolina, and the people who call it home tend to have a strong attachment to it. A shirt with the town name is how they claim it when they're at a county fair, a family reunion or a school event far away. Because it's a small place, most of the people who'd wear one will recognize the name right away, and that's the point. Add a second line with a graduating class, a family name or the year they moved back, and it becomes personal rather than a souvenir. For someone who grew up there and left, a Lilesville mug on the kitchen counter is a quiet reminder of where they started. For a neighbor or a longtime resident, a hoodie with the town name is something they'll reach for every cold morning.
