About this maintenance coordinator gift
A maintenance coordinator is the person who keeps the building running without anyone noticing until something breaks. They juggle work orders, vendor calls, preventive maintenance schedules and the tenant who swears the thermostat is haunted. Most days they're on their feet, walking the property, and the rest of the day they're on the phone or in front of a screen trying to get three jobs done at once. What lands well with someone like this is a gift that acknowledges the invisible work. A tee for the drive in, a hoodie for the cold mornings on the roof or in the boiler room, or a mug for the desk where the schedule lives. Add their name or their site, the building or campus they look after, and the gift says you know what their job actually involves. The product is the easy part; the details are what make it theirs.
