About this manager of program gift
A program manager usually sits between a lot of moving parts: the people doing the work, the stakeholders who want updates, and the deadlines that never quite line up. They spend their days in status meetings, tracking dependencies and making sure the project that started in January actually lands by the end of the year. A gift that acknowledges that job lands well, especially if it's something they can wear to the office or keep on the desk. Put the title on a tee or a mug, and consider adding the team, the department or the program name on a second line so it feels specific to their work rather than generic. Many program managers also hold a certification like PgMP or PMP, and if your person does, add it. If you're not sure, skip it and keep the title. A hoodie works well for the cold conference room, and a mug works for the daily grind of stand-ups and status reports.
