Yellow Dot Manager Programming tee

About this manager programming gift

Programming managers usually came up through the code themselves, so they spend their days in sprint planning, one-on-ones and budget reviews, and most of their hours in the code are gone. A gift that nods to the craft they still love tends to land harder than a generic office item. A tee with manager programming on the front and a line of their team name or company-agnostic detail underneath works for the Monday standup and the weekend hack night alike. The hoodie suits the long release weeks when the office gets cold and the laptop stays open late. A mug is the everyday one, since they're probably on their third coffee before the first meeting starts. Pick the second line carefully, because it's the part they'll notice: a team name, a year they became a manager, or a running joke from the group works better than a slogan. Adding it is easy, since the preview shows you exactly how the line sits under the title before you order.
