About this mattituck gift
Mattituck is a small hamlet on the North Fork of Long Island, a place where people tend to stay put and the whole town knows whose kid is whose. A shirt with Mattituck on it is for someone who grew up there, or who keeps coming back for the farm stands, the harbor and the quiet roads that run out toward the water. Since the name itself is the point, a design with Mattituck across the front reads as a statement of home rather than a souvenir. A hoodie suits the cold months out on the peninsula, and a mug fits the kitchen of someone who misses it from the city. For a child growing up there, a kids tee or onesie lets them carry the name early. Add a year, a street or a graduating class on the second line to make it theirs.
