About this middletown gift
Middletown is a name that shows up in a lot of places, from Connecticut and Ohio to New York and New Jersey, so the person you're shopping for may be proud of a town most people have never heard of. A shirt with Middletown on it is how they tell a stranger where they're from, and it's the kind of gift that gets worn to the high school football game, the Fourth of July parade, or the diner where everyone knows their order. Because so many towns share the name, adding a second line with the state, the high school class year, or a street or neighborhood makes it theirs. A hoodie suits a graduate heading off to college, and a mug works for the parent who still keeps the local paper on the kitchen table. Think about the places they actually spend time, then let the design say where home is.
