About this network account manager gift
A network account manager sits between the client and the engineers, which means they spend a lot of their week translating. They hold the renewal dates, chase the contract changes, and get the call when the connection goes down during a client's busiest hour. The work is mostly relationships and follow-through, so the gifts that land tend to be the ones that acknowledge the job without being a joke about it. A tee for the drive to a client site, a hoodie for the long stretch of video calls, or a mug for the desk where the renewal spreadsheets live all say that you notice what they do. Put their title on the design, or use the word network account manager as the main line and add their company or team on the second line if they want it. Accounts managers often change teams and titles, so a design with their name rather than the job title can outlast the next reorg.
