About this onsite case manager gift
An onsite case manager usually works inside a single place, a hospital, a school, a shelter or a clinic, and spends the day connecting people to housing, benefits, medication and the next appointment. The work is steady and often unseen, and the people who do it tend to carry a lot home with them. A gift that acknowledges the role itself, rather than a generic helping-professional shirt, tends to land. Add the site they work at, or the population they serve, in the second line, and the design starts to look like it came from someone who knows what the day is like. Many designs in this category have room for a name, so you can put their first name on a mug for the desk, or a hoodie for the cold drive in before sunrise. If you're buying for a whole team at one site, the Team Shop lets you order a single design and list everyone's name, so each person gets their own shirt in their own size.
