About this operations intern gift
An operations intern usually spends the summer or semester learning how a company actually runs: the scheduling, the supply chain, the spreadsheets that keep everything moving, and the early-morning coffee runs that somehow turn into real responsibility. Most of them are students or recent grads trying to figure out where they fit, and a little encouragement goes a long way. A tee or hoodie with their title on it is something they can wear to the office on a casual Friday or to the first day of the next internship, and it quietly says they belong there. For a student, a mug is the everyday reminder during late-night project work. The best version of this gift adds something specific to their situation, like their school and graduation year, or the company's name if they're comfortable with it. It shows you noticed what they're working toward.
