About this ottawa gift
Ottawa is the capital of Canada, and people who live there carry that with some pride, whether they work on Parliament Hill, study at one of the universities, or just skate the Rideau Canal in winter. The city is known for its long winters, its tulip festival in May and its mix of government offices and tree-lined neighborhoods. A gift for someone from Ottawa, or someone who now lives far from it, lands when it recalls that connection. A tee or hoodie with the city name is an easy pick for anyone who calls it home. For the transplant who misses the cold and the canal, a mug is the daily reminder. Add a neighborhood, a graduation year or the name of a street in the second line, and the design becomes personal rather than a souvenir.
