About this poster gift
Poster is a word that covers a lot of ground: designers, print shop workers, sign painters, gig poster artists, and the folks who hang posters at concerts and trade shows. A gift for a poster person lands when it nods to the craft itself, the bold type, the layered colors, the wall of prints they're proud of. Think about whether they're a screen printer who lives in fumes and ink, or a graphic designer who spends the day in front of a monitor. A dark tee suits the print shop crowd, while a light one reads well on a designer. Add their studio, their shop name or the year they started, and the shirt becomes a small piece of their working life. A mug on the desk is a daily reminder that somebody noticed how much of themselves goes into making things other people see.
All poster gifts →- A tee for the print shopChoose a dark T-shirt so the design pops, and add their studio name or shop name on the second line.
- A hoodie for cold studio daysPrinting and design studios run cold in winter, and a hoodie with their trade on the front gets worn constantly.
- A mug for the drafting tableAn 11oz mug with their trade on it is a daily reminder of what they make.
- A kids tee for a future poster makerIf they're raising a young artist who already loves drawing signs and posters, a kids tee with the word poster is a fun nod to the path.
