About this program director gift
A program director usually sits in the middle of everything: scheduling, budgets, staff, and the constant question of whether the program is actually working for the people it serves. Whether they run a camp, a nonprofit, a school, a fitness studio or a community arts program, the days tend to be full of meetings, spreadsheets and last-minute fixes. What tends to land well is something that acknowledges that juggling. A mug for the early-morning planning session, a hoodie for the chilly outdoor events they always seem to be standing through, or a tee they can wear to the program's own events. Add their title, or the name of the program or department, and it becomes personal rather than generic. If you're buying for a whole leadership team or staff, the Team Shop lets you choose one design and print each person's name on their own shirt, which is a nice way to say thanks without another round of lanyards.
