About this program management intern gift
A program management intern is usually juggling a lot at once: sitting in on status meetings, tracking milestones in a spreadsheet, and learning the difference between a risk log and an issue log. Internships in this field tend to be short, so a gift that marks the stretch they put in can mean more than a generic thank-you. A tee with the role on it is an easy way to celebrate, especially for the last week of a summer placement or a campus event where interns stand together. A hoodie works well for the cold office or the early-morning commute, and a mug fits the desk where they'll be drafting project plans. If you want it to feel personal, add the program name, the team, or the year in the second line. Interns often move on quickly, so a gift that names exactly what they did can be one of the few things they keep from the role.
