Yellow Dot Quinault mug

About this quinault gift

Quinault is a small name, and most people outside the Pacific Northwest have never heard of it. For the people who grew up there or whose family has roots on the Quinault Indian Reservation and the lake that shares its name, a shirt with the word on it says something most souvenir tees can't. It marks a place that matters to them, not a tourist stop. A gift like this lands best when it feels like it came from someone who knows where they're from. You can add a second line with a year, a family name or the town they live in now, so the design belongs to them and not just to the map. Light tees suit everyday wear and summer days by the water, dark tees look sharp in cooler months, and a hoodie works for the wet, gray stretches the region is known for. A mug is the easiest way to keep the word in front of them every morning, especially for someone who has moved away and misses the place.
