About this rn maternity gift
Labor and delivery nurses, the RNs who work the maternity floor, spend their shifts catching babies, calming scared first-time parents, and watching the clock during long, unpredictable nights. The gifts they hang on to are the ones that fit that life: a soft tee for the drive home after a double, a warm hoodie for the chilly break room, a mug that's clearly theirs so it doesn't disappear into the staff kitchen. Putting RN and maternity, or their unit name, on the design shows you understand what they do, not just their job title. If you know their credential, such as their credential or a specialty certification, adding it makes the piece feel earned. Many maternity nurses also love something playful with a baby theme, since it's a reminder of the reason they chose the work in the first place. Nurses Week falls in early May, and the shirts sell out fast around then.
