About this smicksburg gift
Smicksburg is a small town in Indiana County, Pennsylvania, and the people who grew up there tend to stay attached to it, even after moving to bigger places. A shirt with the town name is how they claim it at a family reunion, a high school reunion, or the first time they wear something from home in a city where nobody has heard of it. Small towns mean everybody knows everybody, so a shirt that reads Smicksburg on the front and a family name, a graduating class or a street on the second line feels personal to the people who will see it. For someone who has moved away, a mug is a daily reminder of where they're from. For someone who still lives there, a hoodie for cold evenings is a practical way to show local pride. Keep the wording simple and let the town name do the work.
