About this station supervisor gift
A station supervisor keeps a shift running: they cover gaps when someone calls out, settle disputes between crew, watch the clock and the numbers, and are usually the first person pulled in when something goes wrong. The job is mostly invisible when it goes well, so the gifts that land tend to say the quiet part out loud. A tee with their title on it is a nice nod, and a hoodie is what they'll reach for on the early morning drive in or on a cold platform. A mug with their name keeps the break room coffee from walking off. Add their station or line in the second line of the design, or a year they started, and it stops reading as a generic job shirt and becomes theirs. If you're buying for a whole crew, one design with each person's name on their own shirt is a gift that shows you noticed everyone who depends on the supervisor.
