About this supervisor advice gift
A supervisor is usually the person who gets pulled into everything: the schedule that won't balance, the coworker who needs a talking-to, the customer who wants to speak to someone in charge. The gifts that land with them tend to be practical and a little bit funny, the kind of thing that acknowledges how much they hold together. Advice is a good word to lean on, because so much of what they do is giving it and taking the heat when it goes sideways. A tee or hoodie with supervisor advice on it works for a team lunch, a weekend project or just the commute, and a mug is the one for the desk where they make all those calls. Add their name or their department in the second line and the design stops being a generic joke and becomes their own. If you're shopping for a whole team, one design with each person's name can be a nice way to say thanks to the one who keeps the shifts running.
