About this supervisor distribution center gift
A distribution center supervisor is the person who keeps the building moving when the trucks are backed up, the pick rates are slipping and the night crew needs direction before the shift is half over. Most of their day is standing on concrete, reading a scanner screen, and making calls about labor, dock doors and safety. The gifts they keep tend to be practical and a little bit proud: a hoodie for the cold dock in January, a tee for the warm days when the floor is hot, a mug for the coffee that goes cold while they're solving something else. Putting the words supervisor and distribution center on a shirt tells them you know what their job actually is, not just that they have one. If you want something more personal, add the building's shift, the team they lead or the year they got promoted to the second line. A mug with their name and title is the kind of thing that ends up on the desk in the office for years.
