About this supervisor factory gift
A factory supervisor is the person who keeps the line running. They're on the floor before the first shift starts, they're covering the gap when someone calls out, and they're the one everybody comes to when a machine jams at three in the morning. Most of that work goes unseen, which is exactly why a gift with their title on it tends to land. A tee for the drive in, a hoodie for the cold corners of the plant, or a mug that's clearly theirs so it doesn't wander into the break room. Type supervisor factory into the text box, or swap in their line, their shift or their department on the second line, such as Night Shift or Assembly. A name on the front makes it personal. If you're buying for a whole crew, the Team Shop can print one design with each person's name on their own shirt, which tends to mean more than another round of donuts.
