About this ticket manager gift
A ticket manager keeps the box office, the event schedule and the sold-out shows running, often under pressure on opening night when the phones won't stop. They're the person who knows which seats are held, which promoter is calling again and why the will-call line is backing up. Gifts that land for them tend to be practical and a little bit tongue-in-cheek, the kind of thing that gets noticed in the office. A tee for the long load-in day, a hoodie for the cold ticket booth or the late-night reconciliation, or a mug for the desk where the paperwork lives. Put Ticket Manager in the main line, and if you want it more personal, add their venue or their theater's name on the second line. Something like that tells them you know what their job actually involves.
