About this track manager gift
A track manager spends the season watching the people who do the work: the sprinters who shave tenths off a split, the throwers who spend hours in the weight room, the distance runners logging miles before sunrise. Much of the job happens between meets, in the scheduling, the travel logistics and the early-morning calls to the groundskeeper, so the gifts that land are the ones that acknowledge that behind-the-scenes effort. A tee for the sideline and the bus ride gets worn all season, and a hoodie is what they'll reach for on cold spring meet mornings. A mug with their title on it suits the office desk where the lineups get drawn up. Put the title on the front, and use the second line for a team name, a school or a season year so it reads as theirs rather than a generic one. If you're buying for a whole coaching staff or a team's support crew, the Team Shop lets you order one design with each person's name on their own shirt.
