About this trade supervisor gift
A trade supervisor usually runs a crew that's out on the job before the sun is up: they check the schedule, walk the site, sort out the materials that didn't show, and keep a dozen tradespeople moving in the same direction. Their days are split between the truck, the job site and a phone that never stops ringing. A gift that fits that life is something they can wear on a jobsite or keep on the desk in the trailer. Put the role on it in their own words, supervisor or site lead, and add the trade or the company crew name if you know it. Those small details are what make a coworker say, that's mine. If you're buying for the whole crew, a single design with each person's name on their own shirt is a better send-off or year-end gift than another round of donuts. Hoodies work well for the cold early starts, and a mug on the trailer desk means their coffee never gets mixed up with anyone else's.
All trade supervisor gifts →- A tee for the jobsiteAdd the trade or crew name on the second line so it reads as their crew, not a generic supervisor shirt.
- A hoodie for the early startsCold mornings before daylight are part of the job, and a hoodie with their title covers the walk from the truck to the site.
- A mug for the trailer deskAn 11 oz mug with their name keeps their coffee from walking off with someone else at the site meeting.
- Matching shirts for the crewPick one design in the Team Shop, paste the crew's names and choose a size for each person. Everyone gets their own shirt with their name on it.
