About this training lead gift
A training lead is the person who makes sure everyone else on the team can actually do the job. They build the onboarding plans, sit next to new hires on the first shifts, and get pulled in whenever a process changes and someone needs to learn it again. It's a role that rarely gets a thank-you, so a gift that names it means more than it might seem. A tee or hoodie with training lead on it works for the conference room, the team offsite, or the weekend they're recovering from a big rollout. A mug is the everyday version, sitting on the desk through a long run of training sessions. If you're buying for someone who runs a whole cohort, the Team Shop can put one design on everyone's shirt, so the trainers get recognized together. Add their team or department on the second line if you know it, so the shirt reads as theirs and not as a generic job title.
