About this transition director gift
A transition director usually works where a young person's school life meets adult life, coordinating IEP meetings, job placements, and the paperwork that keeps a student's plan moving. It's a job that runs on patience and a lot of phone calls, and the people doing it often feel like they spend more time explaining things to other adults than working with the student directly. A gift that acknowledges the work lands best when it's specific to the title. A tee with transition director printed in bold, a hoodie for the cold drive between school sites, or a mug for the desk where the planning binders pile up all say you noticed what they do. Add a second line for a district, a school, or a program name if you know it, and the piece becomes theirs. For a whole team of transition staff, the Team Shop lets you print one design with each person's name on their own shirt.
