About this ux director gift
A UX director usually spends their days in the messy middle of a product: running research sessions, arguing with engineers about flows, presenting to executives who want the numbers to go up, and trying to keep a design team from burning out. The gifts that land for them tend to be the ones that acknowledge that job without making it a joke. A hoodie for the long stretch of design reviews, a mug for the first coffee before the stakeholder meeting, a tee for the weekend when they're finally away from the screen. Adding their title in a clean typeface, or a line like user advocate or design lead underneath, makes it feel like it was made for them specifically. If you're shopping for someone who has built a team, the Team Shop can put every designer's name on a shirt in one order, which tends to mean more than any group gift card. A UX director often gets credit for the work of many people, so a gift that recognizes the team can be especially welcome.
All ux director gifts →- A hoodie for design reviewsA UX director often ends up in cold conference rooms, so a warm hoodie with their title earns its place on the back of the chair.
- A mug for the morning sprintAn 11 oz mug with their title gives them something of their own in a shared office kitchen.
- A tee for the weekendAdd a second line like design lead or user advocate so the shirt still feels like their work even on a day off.
- Team shirts for the whole design groupPick one design in the Team Shop and paste the team's names so every designer gets their own shirt in their own size.
