About this whittier gift
Whittier is a city of about 85,000 people in Los Angeles County, and anyone from there tends to feel a real loyalty to it, whether they grew up near Uptown or moved in for a job or a home with a yard. A Whittier shirt is how they show that pride at a community event, a visit back, or just a Saturday errand. Because the city is smaller than its big neighbors, a local tee or mug reads as personal in a way a generic California design doesn't. Put the neighborhood or the street they grew up on in the second line, or the year they moved there, and the gift becomes a little story. It also works well for a Whittier graduate heading off to college, since a hoodie with the city name is an easy way to carry home with them. Choose the product that fits their everyday: a tee for the gym, a mug for the desk, a hoodie for the cold mornings.
