Yellow Dot Writing Manager mug

About this writing manager gift

A writing manager usually runs a team of writers while still doing some writing of their own, which means their days are split between editing drafts, untangling deadlines and pushing back on the copy that's almost right. They tend to be the one who reads everything twice before it goes out, and who remembers which headline was rewritten six times. A gift that acknowledges that mix of craft and logistics lands well. Look for designs that put the title front and center, then add a second line that speaks to their world, like the team name, the publication or the year they took on the role. A mug suits the long afternoons of reviewing drafts, a hoodie suits the early mornings and late edits, and a tee is an easy pick for a team that likes to match. Keep the wording plain and specific, and they'll know you actually pay attention to what they do.
