Picking a gift for an access liaison
An access liaison is the person who makes sure the door is actually open: that a patient, a student, a visitor or an employee can get the services, accommodations or information they're entitled to. It's a role built on patience and follow-through, usually with a full inbox, a phone that doesn't stop and a lot of explaining things kindly for the third time that day. Because the title varies from place to place, the best gift is one that gets it right. Type access liaison exactly as it's written on their badge, or change the word to match their real title, and add the second line if the design has one: their department, their name, or the year they started. Gifts that notice the details of the work land better than anything generic. A tee for casual Fridays, a hoodie for the chilly office, or a mug that stays on their desk all day each say you understand what they do.
Access Liaison gift questions
Can I change the wording if their title isn't exactly access liaison?
Yes. Type their real title into the text box, such as access coordinator or whatever's on their badge, and the preview updates so you can check how it looks before you order.
What can I put on the second line?
On designs with a second line, you can add their name, department, organization or a year. Keep it short so it prints cleanly, and check the live preview for spacing.
Is there a good gift for a team of liaisons?
The Team Shop is built for that. Pick one design, paste a list of names, and choose a size for each person. Everyone gets the same design with their own name on it.
Are there designs for a new hire or a retirement?
You can personalize most designs with a year or a name, which works for a first day, an anniversary at the job or a send-off. Mugs and hoodies are the easy picks for those moments.
What sizes do the access liaison shirts come in?
Adult tees come in S to 3XL. Hoodies, kids tees and onesies list their own sizes on each product page.
How long does an access liaison gift take to arrive?
Each order is printed after you place it, in 2 to 4 business days, then ships by ground in 3 to 5 business days. The product page shows the delivery window for today's orders.
What if the print has a mistake?
If we print something different from the preview you approved, or it arrives damaged, we reprint it free.
