Picking a gift for a backroom associate
A backroom associate spends the shift in the part of the store customers never see: unloading freight, stocking shelves from the back, and keeping the floor running while everyone else gets the credit. The gifts that land for this job are the ones that acknowledge that work. A soft tee for the day off, a hoodie for the cold stockroom or the loading dock, a mug for the break they actually get to take. Put the words backroom associate on the shirt, or add their store or shift underneath, and it becomes theirs rather than a generic work shirt. If you're buying for a whole crew, one design with each person's name on their own shirt is a better way to say thanks than a sheet cake. The job can be physical and repetitive, so think about comfort first and let the design be the personal touch.
Backroom Associate gift questions
Can I add my store name or shift under the job title?
Yes. Many designs have a second line, so type the store, department or shift there. The live preview shows the spacing before you order.
Are there designs for kids or babies with this word?
Yes, there are kids tees and a baby onesie with this word. They're handy if a parent works in the backroom and you want a matching family piece.
Can I order shirts for everyone on the backroom team?
Yes. Use the Team Shop: choose one design, paste a list of names, and pick a size for each person, and each shirt prints with its own name.
What sizes do the backroom associate shirts come in?
Adult tees come in S to 3XL. Hoodies, kids tees and onesies list their own sizes on each product page.
How long does a backroom associate gift take to arrive?
Each order is printed after you place it, in 2 to 4 business days, then ships by ground in 3 to 5 business days. The product page shows the delivery window for today's orders.
