About this backroom associate gift
A backroom associate spends the shift in the part of the store customers never see: unloading freight, stocking shelves from the back, and keeping the floor running while everyone else gets the credit. The gifts that land for this job are the ones that acknowledge that work. A soft tee for the day off, a hoodie for the cold stockroom or the loading dock, a mug for the break they actually get to take. Put the words backroom associate on the shirt, or add their store or shift underneath, and it becomes theirs rather than a generic work shirt. If you're buying for a whole crew, one design with each person's name on their own shirt is a better way to say thanks than a sheet cake. The job can be physical and repetitive, so think about comfort first and let the design be the personal touch.

- A hoodie for the cold stockroomStockrooms and loading docks run cold, so a hoodie with their title gets worn on shift as well as off.
- A mug for the break roomAn 11 oz mug with their name is one less thing to lose from the break room shelf.
- Matching shirts for the crewPick one design in the Team Shop and paste the names of everyone on the backroom team, with a size for each.
