Gifts from Calamus
Calamus is a small town, and the people who call it home usually have a strong attachment to it. A shirt or mug with Calamus on it is a way for a former resident or a current one to carry their hometown with them, whether that means a regular tee for errands and weekends or a hoodie for the cold months. Because the name is distinctive, a Calamus design tends to start conversations: people ask where it is, and the person wearing it gets to tell the story. For someone who has moved away, a Calamus mug on the kitchen counter is a small daily reminder of where they started. Many of the designs have a second line, so you can add a year, a street, a nickname or a family name to make the gift feel specific to the person you're shopping for. Since the store offers tees in light and dark, kids sizes, baby onesies, hoodies and mugs, you can build a set that covers the whole family.
Calamus gift questions
Can I add a year or a street to a Calamus design?
Many designs have a second line. Open any design, type in the year, street or other detail, and the live preview will show how it looks before you order.
Is there a Calamus design for babies?
Yes. There are baby onesie designs for the word, so you can gift a newborn with the town name as early as possible.
Which Calamus product works best for a gift?
That depends on the person. Tees suit everyday wear, hoodies suit colder climates, and mugs suit anyone who wants a daily reminder of home.
Can I order for several people at once?
Yes. The Team Shop prints one design for a group. Paste a list of names, pick a size for each person, and everyone gets their own shirt.
What sizes do the calamus shirts come in?
Adult tees come in S to 3XL. Hoodies, kids tees and onesies list their own sizes on each product page.
How long does a Calamus gift take to arrive?
Each order is printed after you place it, in 2 to 4 business days, then ships by ground in 3 to 5 business days. The product page shows the delivery window for today's orders.
What if the print has a mistake?
If we print something different from the preview you approved, or it arrives damaged, we reprint it free.
