Picking a gift for a change lead
A change lead is the person who keeps a software or IT release from going sideways. They're the ones coordinating approvals, scheduling maintenance windows, and talking everyone off the ledge at 11 p.m. on a Friday when a deployment goes wrong. Gifts that land for them tend to be practical and a little bit wry: a hoodie for the cold server room, a mug for the coffee that fuels the change board, a tee that acknowledges the job nobody notices until it breaks. Putting their title on the product, change lead or change manager as their team uses it, shows you understand what they actually do. If you want to include the team, the Team Shop lets you print one design with each person's name on their own shirt, which works well for a release crew after a big cutover. Many people in this role also work through IT service management frameworks, so if they hold a specific credential, you can add it as a second line.
Change Lead gift questions
Can I add a credential like ITIL to the shirt?
Yes, if they hold it. Type the credential on the second line. Only add it if they've earned it, since it's their professional record.
Is change lead a common job title?
It's used in IT and software teams, often alongside change manager or release manager. Titles vary by company, so use the one their team calls them.
What's a good gift for someone who just got promoted to change lead?
A mug or tee with their new title marks the move. It's personal without being over the top, and they can use it every day.
Can I order shirts for my whole team?
Yes. Use the Team Shop: choose one design, paste a list of names, and pick a size for each person. Each shirt prints with its own name.
What sizes do the change lead shirts come in?
Adult tees come in S to 3XL. Hoodies, kids tees and onesies list their own sizes on each product page.
How long does a change lead gift take to arrive?
Each order is printed after you place it, in 2 to 4 business days, then ships by ground in 3 to 5 business days. The product page shows the delivery window for today's orders.
What if the print has a mistake?
If we print something different from the preview you approved, or it arrives damaged, we reprint it free.
