About this change lead gift
A change lead is the person who keeps a software or IT release from going sideways. They're the ones coordinating approvals, scheduling maintenance windows, and talking everyone off the ledge at 11 p.m. on a Friday when a deployment goes wrong. Gifts that land for them tend to be practical and a little bit wry: a hoodie for the cold server room, a mug for the coffee that fuels the change board, a tee that acknowledges the job nobody notices until it breaks. Putting their title on the product, change lead or change manager as their team uses it, shows you understand what they actually do. If you want to include the team, the Team Shop lets you print one design with each person's name on their own shirt, which works well for a release crew after a big cutover. Many people in this role also work through IT service management frameworks, so if they hold a specific credential, you can add it as a second line.
