Picking a gift for a counter clerk
A counter clerk is the person at the front of the house: the one who greets people at the window, runs the register, bags the orders and smooths things over when a customer is having a bad day. The job is steady and often underappreciated, and the people who do it tend to be the reliable ones on the team. A gift that acknowledges the counter, not just a generic work tee, tends to land well. Put their title on a shirt they can wear for a shift, or on a mug for the break room where they finally get a few quiet minutes. Add their store or department name in the second line if you know it, or their first name if you'd rather keep it personal. For a clerk who has been at the counter for years, a hoodie is a good cold-weather pick for the stockroom or the early opening shift, and a mug works well for the coworker who always makes the coffee run.
Counter Clerk gift questions
Can I add a store name or department under counter clerk?
Yes. Many designs have a second line. Type the store, department or a first name there and check the preview before you order.
Is there a version for a dark shirt?
Yes. Dark T-shirts and kids dark tees carry counter clerk designs in addition to the light versions.
What's a good gift for a clerk who has been there a long time?
A mug or hoodie with their title works well. It's something they can use every shift and it marks their years at the counter.
What sizes do the counter clerk shirts come in?
Adult tees come in S to 3XL. Hoodies, kids tees and onesies list their own sizes on each product page.
How long does a counter clerk gift take to arrive?
Each order is printed after you place it, in 2 to 4 business days, then ships by ground in 3 to 5 business days. The product page shows the delivery window for today's orders.
What if the print has a mistake?
