Picking a gift for a director plant
A plant director runs the whole site: the production schedule, the people on the floor, the budget, and the phone calls that come in before the first shift starts. They're usually the one who knows where every problem is and who has to decide what to do about it, often before the sun comes up. A gift that lands with them is practical and a little bit proud, something they can wear to the site or keep on the desk without feeling like they're being teased. Put their title on it, the plant or facility name, or the year they took the role. That's the detail that makes a plant director shirt theirs and not a generic work shirt. Because the job is so hands-on, a hoodie for the cold early-morning walk-throughs or a mug for the first coffee before the day starts will likely get more use than something that stays in a drawer.
Director Plant gift questions
Can I add the plant name or my name to the shirt?
Yes. Many designs have a second line, so you can type the plant, site or facility name there. The preview updates so you can check the spacing before you order.
Can I order shirts for the whole management team?
Yes. Use the Team Shop: choose one design, paste a list of names, and pick a size for each person. Each shirt prints with its own name.
Do the designs include a dark option for work shirts?
Yes. Dark T-shirts and dark hoodies are available alongside the light versions, so you can choose the color that suits their workplace.
What sizes do the director plant shirts come in?
Adult tees come in S to 3XL. Hoodies, kids tees and onesies list their own sizes on each product page.
How long does a director plant gift take to arrive?
Each order is printed after you place it, in 2 to 4 business days, then ships by ground in 3 to 5 business days. The product page shows the delivery window for today's orders.
What if the print has a mistake?
If we print something different from the preview you approved, or it arrives damaged, we reprint it free.
