About this director plant gift
A plant director runs the whole site: the production schedule, the people on the floor, the budget, and the phone calls that come in before the first shift starts. They're usually the one who knows where every problem is and who has to decide what to do about it, often before the sun comes up. A gift that lands with them is practical and a little bit proud, something they can wear to the site or keep on the desk without feeling like they're being teased. Put their title on it, the plant or facility name, or the year they took the role. That's the detail that makes a plant director shirt theirs and not a generic work shirt. Because the job is so hands-on, a hoodie for the cold early-morning walk-throughs or a mug for the first coffee before the day starts will likely get more use than something that stays in a drawer.
