Picking a gift for a director private
A private director usually runs an organization or a practice that exists to serve its members, staff or clients, and the work often means long hours, tight budgets and a lot of hard conversations behind closed doors. The gifts that land tend to be the ones that acknowledge the job without making it a joke. A dark tee for the early board meeting, a hoodie for the cold drive in before sunrise, or a mug on the desk for the first call of the day all fit that rhythm. Their title is the part that matters most, so put it on the shirt or mug exactly as they use it, whether that's Director, Private Director or a longer title from the org chart. If you're buying for a whole leadership team, the Team Shop lets you order one design with each person's name on their own shirt, which is a nicer send-off than a card passed around the office.
Director Private gift questions
Can I add their name under the title?
Yes. Many designs have a second line, so type their name there and check the preview before you order.
Can I use a longer title like Executive Director?
Yes. Type the full title into the text box. The preview shows how it fits on each product.
Are there designs for kids or babies with this word?
Kids tees and a baby onesie have designs for this word, so you can choose a smaller size if that's who you're shopping for.
What's a good gift for a director who's just been promoted?
A mug or tee with the new title on it marks the move without being over the top. It works well at the office and at home.
What sizes do the director private shirts come in?
Adult tees come in S to 3XL. Hoodies, kids tees and onesies list their own sizes on each product page.
How long does a director private gift take to arrive?
Each order is printed after you place it, in 2 to 4 business days, then ships by ground in 3 to 5 business days. The product page shows the delivery window for today's orders.
What if the print has a mistake?
If we print something different from the preview you approved, or it arrives damaged, we reprint it free.
