About this director private gift
A private director usually runs an organization or a practice that exists to serve its members, staff or clients, and the work often means long hours, tight budgets and a lot of hard conversations behind closed doors. The gifts that land tend to be the ones that acknowledge the job without making it a joke. A dark tee for the early board meeting, a hoodie for the cold drive in before sunrise, or a mug on the desk for the first call of the day all fit that rhythm. Their title is the part that matters most, so put it on the shirt or mug exactly as they use it, whether that's Director, Private Director or a longer title from the org chart. If you're buying for a whole leadership team, the Team Shop lets you order one design with each person's name on their own shirt, which is a nicer send-off than a card passed around the office.
