Picking a gift for an equip tech
An equip tech, short for equipment technician, is the person who keeps the machines running, often in a shop, a plant, a fleet garage, or a field office. They tend to be the one who gets called at six in the morning when something won't start, and they spend a lot of their day in coveralls with grease under their nails. A gift that acknowledges the actual work lands best: a hoodie for the cold early-morning bay, a tee for the weekend project in the driveway, or a mug for the coffee they drink while the diagnostics run. Put equip tech on the front and add their shop, their crew, or their title on the second line so it's specific to them. If you're buying for a whole crew, the Team Shop lets you order one design with each person's name on their own shirt, which is a lot more useful than another round of donuts.
Equip Tech gift questions
Can I add a title or shop name under equip tech?
Yes. Many designs have a second line. Type their shop, crew, or certification there and the preview will update so you can check the spacing.
Are there designs for kids or babies too?
Equip tech designs come as kids tees and a baby onesie, so you can match a parent in the trade with a child's shirt.
Can I order shirts for a whole team?
Yes. Use the Team Shop: choose one design, paste the list of names, and pick a size for each person. Every shirt prints with its own name.
What sizes do the equip tech shirts come in?
Adult tees come in S to 3XL. Hoodies, kids tees and onesies list their own sizes on each product page.
How long does an equip tech gift take to arrive?
Each order is printed after you place it, in 2 to 4 business days, then ships by ground in 3 to 5 business days. The product page shows the delivery window for today's orders.
What if the print has a mistake?
If we print something different from the preview you approved, or it arrives damaged, we reprint it free.
