Picking a gift for an equity director
An equity director usually spends the day in meetings about access, pay gaps, hiring pipelines and the hard conversations that come with them. It's work that often goes unseen, and the people doing it tend to carry a lot home with them. A gift that acknowledges the job by name tells them someone noticed. Put the title on a tee for the office or a hoodie for the long drive to a community event. A mug with their title on it works well for the desk where the real planning happens, and a dark tee suits someone who wears black to every panel. Many designs have a second line, so you can add their organization, department or the year they took the role. Team Shop works if you're gifting a whole equity committee: one design, names pasted in, sizes picked for each person.
Equity Director gift questions
Can I add their organization or department to the design?
Yes. Many designs have a second line, so type the department, school or organization there and check the preview before you order.
Is equity director a common title?
It's used in schools, hospitals, nonprofits, cities and companies, though the exact title varies by setting. If their title is slightly different, type the exact wording into the text box.
Can I get a kids or baby design for an equity director?
Kids tees and a baby onesie are available for this word, which can be a fun option if your recipient has a family of their own.
What's a good gift for someone starting the role?
A mug or tee with their new title marks the start, and a second line with the year they began makes it especially personal.
What sizes do the equity director shirts come in?
Adult tees come in S to 3XL. Hoodies, kids tees and onesies list their own sizes on each product page.
How long does an equity director gift take to arrive?
Each order is printed after you place it, in 2 to 4 business days, then ships by ground in 3 to 5 business days. The product page shows the delivery window for today's orders.
What if the print has a mistake?
