Shirts for the Johnston family
Johnston is a name with real roots in Scotland, where it began as a place name, and it's carried by families all over the US, many of them spread across several states. A Johnston shirt is how a family finds each other at a reunion, a wedding or a long holiday weekend. Because the name is less common than Smith or Johnson, a Johnston design often becomes a conversation starter, and people with the name tend to be pleased that someone bothered to put it on something. Add the reunion year, the hometown where the family started, or the grandparents' first names and the shirt reads as theirs rather than generic. For a Johnston who has moved away, a mug with the name is an easy way to say you still claim them. If you're organizing a group, the Team Shop prints one design with each person's name on their own shirt, which keeps sizes sorted without a spreadsheet.
Johnston family shirt questions
Can I add a year or a hometown to a Johnston design?
Many designs have a second line for a year, a place or a first name. Open any design and type it in, and the preview will update so you can check the layout before you order.
How do I order shirts for the whole Johnston family?
Use the Team Shop. Pick one design, paste the list of names, and choose a size for each person. Each shirt prints with its own name.
Is Johnston the same as Johnson or Johnstone?
They're related spellings of the same root, but they're separate family names. Type the exact spelling your family uses and the design will match it.
What sizes do the johnston shirts come in?
Adult tees come in S to 3XL. Hoodies, kids tees and onesies list their own sizes on each product page.
How long does a Johnston gift take to arrive?
Each order is printed after you place it, in 2 to 4 business days, then ships by ground in 3 to 5 business days. The product page shows the delivery window for today's orders.
What if the print has a mistake?
