Gifts for people into model airplanes
Model airplane builders spend weekends with tiny glue bottles, sanding balsa wings and waiting on decals to dry, and a lot of them would rather be at the flying field than anywhere else. The gifts that land are the ones that show you know the hobby: a shirt for the flight line, a hoodie for the cold morning when the wind is just right, a mug for the workbench where the next build is already half planned. Add a second line with their scale, a club name or the type of plane they fly most, like warbirds, gliders or electrics, and it reads as theirs rather than generic. Model airplane hobbyists tend to be proud of their builds and their flying, so a shirt that names the hobby is a good way to say you notice what they care about. Many designs also come as kids tees, which is a nice touch if the builder is passing the hobby down to a child.
Model Airplanes gift questions
Can I add their club name or favorite type of plane?
Yes. Many designs have a second line, so you can type a club name, a plane type or a scale and check the preview before you order.
Are there designs for kids who fly models too?
Yes. Kids tees and dark kids tees come in several designs, so a young builder can match the adults at the field.
Can I order shirts for a whole model club?
Yes. Pick one design in the Team Shop, paste the members' names and choose a size for each person.
What sizes do the model airplanes shirts come in?
Adult tees come in S to 3XL. Hoodies, kids tees and onesies list their own sizes on each product page.
How long does a model airplanes gift take to arrive?
Each order is printed after you place it, in 2 to 4 business days, then ships by ground in 3 to 5 business days. The product page shows the delivery window for today's orders.
What if the print has a mistake?
If we print something different from the preview you approved, or it arrives damaged, we reprint it free.
