Gifts from Skanee

Skanee is a small unincorporated community on the Keweenaw Peninsula in Michigan's Upper Peninsula, and I don't know enough about the place to say much beyond that. What I can say is that a town this small tends to mean a lot to the people tied to it: the ones who grew up there, the ones who left and still call it home, and the ones who visit for summers on the lake or drives along the peninsula. A shirt, hoodie or mug with the name is a way to say where you're from without any explanation. Put the name on the front, and if you know a detail that matters to them, such as a year they lived there or the road or lake they grew up near, add it on the second line. The preview will show you how it sits before you order.

Skanee gift questions

Can I add a street, lake or year to the design?

Many designs have a second line. Type in the detail you want and the preview will update so you can check the spacing.

Is there a Skanee design for a baby?

Yes, there are three baby onesie designs for this word. Use the product filter on the page to see them.

What if I want a different Michigan town instead?

Every place name has its own page, and you can type any town into a design.

What sizes do the skanee shirts come in?

Adult tees come in S to 3XL. Hoodies, kids tees and onesies list their own sizes on each product page.

How long does a Skanee gift take to arrive?

Each order is printed after you place it, in 2 to 4 business days, then ships by ground in 3 to 5 business days. The product page shows the delivery window for today's orders.

What if the print has a mistake?

If we print something different from the preview you approved, or it arrives damaged, we reprint it free.
