Picking a gift for a trumpeter
A trumpeter spends a lot of time with a horn in their face and a practice room that's too small, and a gift that acknowledges the work of it lands well. Think about the rehearsals, the long holds at the end of a symphony, the marching band that only gets noticed when it goes wrong, the late-night gig where the lips are tired but the set isn't over. Trumpet players tend to be a little proud of their instrument and a little self-deprecating about the cracked note that everyone heard. A shirt or mug with the word trumpeter on it says you see that. Add their section, their band or ensemble name, or the instrument's key if they play a B-flat, and it stops being a generic music shirt and becomes theirs. Many trumpeters also teach, so a mug for the studio or a hoodie for the cold walk to a rehearsal hall can be just as welcome as a stage tee.
Trumpeter gift questions
Can I add a band name or school to the shirt?
Many designs have a second line for a name, a group or a year. Type it in and the preview updates so you can check the spacing before you order.
Does this work for a trumpet teacher?
Yes. A trumpeter title suits a teacher as well as a performer. Add the studio or school name on the second line if you like.
Are there designs for young trumpet players?
Yes, there are kids tees and dark kids tees for the word. They're a good fit for a student starting band or lessons.
Can I order shirts for a whole brass section?
Yes. Use the Team Shop: choose one design, paste the section's names, and pick a size for each person.
What sizes do the trumpeter shirts come in?
Adult tees come in S to 3XL. Hoodies, kids tees and onesies list their own sizes on each product page.
How long does a trumpeter gift take to arrive?
Each order is printed after you place it, in 2 to 4 business days, then ships by ground in 3 to 5 business days. The product page shows the delivery window for today's orders.
What if the print has a mistake?
