Picking a gift for a unit leader
A unit leader runs a group that has to function as one, whether that's a squad, a platoon, a shift, a scout troop, or a team of people who answer to them every day. The job means knowing everyone's name, keeping track of schedules and handoffs, and absorbing the pressure from above so the people below can get their work done. Many unit leaders get very little thanks for that, and a gift that names the role says you've noticed. A shirt with their title on the front and their unit or group name on the second line makes it theirs. A hoodie suits the early mornings and cold briefings, and a mug on the desk is the daily reminder that someone appreciated the effort. If you're buying for the whole group, the Team Shop lets you order one design with each person's name on their own shirt, which tends to land better than a card passed around the office.
Unit Leader gift questions
Can I add the name of their unit or team?
Yes. Many designs have a second line for a name, unit or year. Type it in and the preview will update so you can check the spacing before ordering.
Is there a version for a kid's group leader?
Yes. Kids tees and baby onesies come in the designs for this word, so you can use the same title on a smaller shirt.
What if their title is slightly different, like squad leader or shift lead?
You can type your own wording into the text box. The design will print whatever title you enter, so use the exact one they go by.
What sizes do the unit leader shirts come in?
Adult tees come in S to 3XL. Hoodies, kids tees and onesies list their own sizes on each product page.
How long does a unit leader gift take to arrive?
Each order is printed after you place it, in 2 to 4 business days, then ships by ground in 3 to 5 business days. The product page shows the delivery window for today's orders.
What if the print has a mistake?
If we print something different from the preview you approved, or it arrives damaged, we reprint it free.
