About this driftwood gift
Driftwood is a small name, and that's worth keeping in mind before you buy anything. Depending on where your recipient lives, Driftwood may be a town or a place name that locals use with pride, and I don't know enough about this particular place to describe its streets, its history or its local character without guessing. What I can say is that a gift tied to a hometown lands when it reflects the person's own connection to it. Think about what they'd recognize at a glance: the town name on a shirt they wear to the grocery store, a hoodie for the cold drive out of town, or a mug that makes the morning coffee feel like home. Whoever has a small-town attachment often wears it quietly, so pick the product you'd want to see on them on an ordinary Tuesday. Use the second line for a street, a year they moved there, or a nickname the town goes by, and the design becomes theirs rather than a generic place name.
